Birthday parties and special occasions

A visit from Mill Cottage Farm Experience is wholesome and relaxing for adults and children and is ideal to make your special occasion go with a swing!
We are happy to run the birthday party for you, or be an informal side show – the choice is yours!

Basic Package

We bring the animals to a venue of your choice for a full two hours.Cost: £160

Optional Extra

Ask us if you would like a quote for some farm related Party Bag items.

Sample MCFE Party

2:30pm We arrive to set up
3:00pm The children arrive
3:15pm Hands on time with the animals, story, games.
5:00pm Children go to wash their hands. We pack away and leave
5:15pm The host serves a wholesome meal!

The Details

We are happy to run parties of up to 30 children. Please enquire about larger party sizes!
Minimum booking time is 2 hours (£160). Extra hours are charged at £70 per hour. We do not charge for the time taken to set up or clear away.
We can set up in the grounds of a village hall or inside if the weather is inclement, or how about having the farm in your own back garden?
For animal welfare reasons, we travel no more than an hour from Holybourne.
There is a mileage charge for visits outside the GU34 postcode area to help cover travel costs.
The ideal age for a child's party is between 3 & 11, but adults book us too – why not let us entertain your guests for any age party, special occasion, anniversary... We will adapt our Farm Experience depending on the age and number of guests.
